Renae P. Pagano

Renae P. Pagano primarily litigates toxic tort cases for Balick & Balick’s asbestos practice as well as civil and health law matters. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Delaware Law School, where she served on the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. Her honors at Delaware Law School include the Judge J. Cullen Ganey Criminal Procedure Award, awarded to the highest grading student in the area of criminal law. For two years during law school, Renae was a law clerk for Balick & Balick’s asbestos practice.

Prior to re-joining Balick & Balick, Renae practiced family law at another Wilmington law firm, where she helped litigate for client’s rights during divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence matters. Prior to law school, Renae graduated Magna Cum Laude from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. While carrying out her undergraduate studies, Renae worked as an intern at the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office, where she helped victims file for Protection From Abuse orders and advocated for elderly victims’ of crime.
