Representative Matters:

• Obtained a Certificate of Public Review from the Delaware Health Resources Board for a hospital/physician-owned ambulatory surgery center.
• Assisted an ambulatory surgery center performing only minimally invasive pain procedures with the licensure and certification process. Appeared before the Office of Health Facilities Licensing and Certification and obtained a letter of exemption from licensure.
• Advised a hospital/physician/management company joint venture to ensure licensing and regulatory compliance.
